What about pets on move day?
On move day, it's best to keep your pets away from the action to avoid any distractions or stress for them (and the movers!). If your pet is part of the move, don't worry—we can care for them too. Just let us know in advance, and we'll move your pet to your new home.
What happens if my movers arrive late?
We get it—time is essential. While we do everything we can to be on time, sometimes the traffic in Dubai, especially around the office hubs, can throw things off.
If we're running late because of traffic or a vehicle issue, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We want to make sure you are okay with it, so we'll offer a discount, usually around $30, to compensate for the hassle. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, we communicate quickly and continually work to keep things on track.

How can I ensure that my belongings end up in the correct spot at the end of the move?
We'll need a clear plan from you to ensure everything ends up in the right spot. First, provide the correct address and a map of your home, office, or building, showing where each item should go. We'll also mark and label each box so everything is clear.
For example, we'll label a box as "Living Room Box" if it contains your TV, LCD, or laptop, or "Kitchen Box" for all your kitchen items. This way, everything will be placed precisely where you want it.

Can I leave clothing in my dresser drawers when I move?
It's important to know that some drawers aren't designed to handle the extra weight when being lifted. If you forget to tell us there are clothes inside, it could cause damage to the furniture or make the move harder than it needs to be. To avoid any issues, empty the drawers and pack your clothes separately.
Do I need to empty my filing cabinets when I move?
Yes, absolutely! We empty your filing cabinets before the move. A year ago, one of our clients didn't do this, and unfortunately, they ended up with a loss. When filing cabinets are moved with contents inside, they can become unstable, and papers can get damaged or misplaced.

How much should I tip my movers?
Tipping is not required, but it's a great way to show appreciation if your movers do an excellent job. On average, tips range from 10% to 15% of the final bill. If your movers went above and beyond, please leave a larger tip. However, if you're not completely satisfied with the service, Tipping is entirely up to you—there's no obligation.
Do I add my tip to the bill or leave cash?
Cash tips are the best, but if you wish, you can add a tip to your credit card bill if it is more comfortable for you.
What if I can't leave a tip?
We completely understand. Tipping is not always affordable, and moving can be expensive. If you enjoyed our service but cannot tip, the best way to express gratitude is by writing a review on Yelp, Google or Facebook. We appreciate your kind words or recommendation of us to friends and family!
Who do I give my tip to?
You can tip in cash or add it to your credit card payment. If you tip with your final payment, it will be split evenly among the crew members. Do you prefer to tip each mover individually? You're more than welcome to do that, too!
What is a travel fee, and why are you charging it?
A travel fee applies when your location is outside our standard service zone, typically more than 10-15 km away. This fee covers additional fuel and other expenses, such as driving an empty truck to your location before starting the move.
Travel will be charged even if you're near our office or outside the regular service area.

Do the movers take time off for lunch? Do I need to provide lunch for them?
Our movers often bring their lunch, especially if the move is short. For longer moves, our team will stop the clock and take a lunch break, and you won't be charged for that time. If you'd like to provide lunch, it's always appreciated, but it's completely optional. The movers will say thanks!
